GraceWorks Ministries has continued to remotely assist struggling Williamson County neighbors with food, clothing, rent, utilities and other basic needs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Today, July 1st, GraceWorks will resume their assistance days at Westview United Methodist Church in Fairview. However, assistance will be provided by appointment only.

There is rent and utility assistance available to Williamson County residents in need by calling 615-748-0805.

Melissa Carter, mobile service manager with GraceWorks, noted, “We will also offer food assistance by pick-up at the church for a limited number of appointments for those who are unable to come to the food pantry in Franklin due to health or transportation issues.”

Qualified clients may also receive financial or material assistance for medications, household items, gasoline vouchers or school supplies. GraceWorks also provides long-term assistance through education and enrichment programs to help participants become self-sufficient.

Big Birthday Match

GraceWorks is turning 25 years old in July! That is right, 25 years ago on July 3rd, GraceWorks opened its doors. Since then, our amazing community has supported this ministry to offer hope, relief, and the love of Christ to thousands of neighbors in need. And you can help them celebrate during the Big Birthday Match.

From July 3 – 15, some amazing supporters have created a $50,000 match pot. They are asking the community to match their gift.

On July 15 at 7 p.m., you can tune into a live stream event that will help get them across the finish line!

This support will help GraceWorks continue to serve increased demand for their services. Since COVID-19 set in, they have seen double the demand for food from 35 families a day to 80 families, double the demand for rent assistance from 30 families a month to 60 families, and have suffered from a decrease in budgeted income – including loss of sales from the thrift store and fundraising events cancellation.

So, mark your calendars and join them for The Big Birthday Match by visiting
