The Neighborhood at Bowie Park development includes 181 building lots on 124.43 acres of land just to the south of the Cox Run Subdivision off Cox Pike.
The property also lies just north of Bowie Nature Park with plans including walking trails that could connect over to Bowie Nature Park’s Perimeter Trail.
The plans also propose entrances to the development off Waynes Lane and Cox Run Drive near Mangrum Drive.
